The Rock


Photo Information
Dunno the name, if there is one, though they usually have one in these parts, of this rock/boulder. It certainly has a certain aura about it, if you believe in those things. I tried to convey this in the treatment, the hazy low misty cloud helped to create a more moody sky than would have normally been the case in this westerly facing direction at this time of the evening. It was taken near to Wincle on what used to be the Roaches estate

Stunning...I like the fixed rock (it looks like a testimonial in advertisement photos)against an almost moving sky.I was not there...but my first impression looking at this photo has been to stay inside your action...expecting thunders and sparks of an angry THOR GOD...!!!
