Dog at Storm Cottage

by davidstorm

This is a picture of 'Storm Cottage' in Robin Hood's Bay, North Yorkshire. This property was no doubt owned by one of my ancestors, the Storm family were very prominent in the Robin Hood's Bay / Whitby areas and feature quite heavily in the local folklore and museums.

Great capture, suits the b/w and a bonus to get the dog in.

There is so much to see in this , the dog is only part of the picture but it's sad face is a great addition, the lavender in the tub, the climbing rose and other flowers, the wrought iron work all add so much interest, the bins are just another part of a very interesting scene
