End of Day

Photo Information
This was taken with a shed load of others on a hot day when I had to run up and down a steep hill whilst cataloguing the farmers fascinating use of old farming methods to gather in grass crops. I went to a county show about a week later to watch and photograph the same farmers using old fashioned equipment/machinery to thresh the results of their labours.

This photograph was printed on 1970's paper to add credence to the 'old fashioned' techniques. This is my way of seeking a linked spiritual empathy.

Great shot. I particularly like the lines/texture of the skies and the perspective of the image.

I feel it somehow has a 40's feel to it, portraying a world war two farmer, i do like it!

You could wait for years to catch him in just that position! Wonderful!
