River of Gold
by 1stEverPentax
River Bollin under runway 2 at Manchester Airport...sunlight reflected on water at a small scale weir near the tunnel entrance. Using a slow shutter speed I anticipated the water effect but hadn't allowed for the same effect on the golden bits of water...a nice surprise when I saw the image, which only took about 2-3 seconds to see and take, as I was strolling at a fast walking pace to get back to the car after almost 4.5 hours taking aircraft images!
Posted this on ephotozine already to a better than average reception (by my standards).
K-50 / M 80-200 f4.5 with rear convertor K6-2x still attached.
