Oh Malc, sorry for not replying earlier. This is our Melbourne Festival and behind the Rowing Sheds on the Yarra was a huge circular frame fitted out with huge spotlights trained on the sky. From this vantage point however, it just looked weird. They moved the beams into different geometrical patterns, both diverging and converging.
