Super composition as ever Phil... the blade of grass on the right hand side halfway up, leaning into the river really makes this shot for me...

Thank you very much for your generous and considered comments Bill It was great to visit this bit of the river again. Including the curving plant on the right was a conscious decision. I felt it added a softness of form in comparison to the rocks

Thanks very much Paul It's always great to be ensconced in that channel, very low levels of water in there at the moment... hasn't rained properly for many weeks, so it felt different to many of my previous wanderings in there.
