Britannia at Ribblehead

Photo Information
One of the first charter steam trains to run since lock down was eased ran from Crewe to Carlisle via the Settle and Carlisle Railway on Wednesday. The locomotive was British Railways Standard Class 7MT Pacific 'Britannia.'
Here its re starting the train up the gradient after being held by a signal at the approach to Ribblehead Viaduct allowing a southbound freight to clear the single line section over the viaduct.
