Hi Mike E,
I think Chiffchaff is most likely, but a bit tricky from this photo. I was quite pleased to manage this, most of the shots picked out leaves or twigs.

Some sort of Warbler like either a Garden, or Willow or Wood Warbler or a Chiffchaff, that's as close as I can get!
