Nice portrait, but the whole thing looks a bit soft and washed out. Have you deliberately reduced the contrast?

Thank you all for your comments.
Thoughton's points about 'soft/washed out/contrast'. This is caused by my attempts at trying to create pastel tones. The softness could be due to resizing the image.
