Your a Pain in the Neck but I Like You

Photo Information
200mm Macro + 1.7 Adapter and supported by slanted mono-pod. Unfortunately I didn't have my ring flash, so had to increase the ISO to 800, even at 1/30 sec! I didn't want to open the aperture beyond f/13 for fear of losing field depth. I went back to the pond a few days later with the ring flash but the damselflies must have been hiding from me! Pity nobody makes a mono-pod that extend from 5cm to 50cm!
