Fountain view

by PeterKR

A view in the formal gardens at Levens Hall near Kendal.

I don't normally like symmetrical shots but there was no other way to compose this without the position of the fountain looking rather odd !

A lovely green tunnel.
Best wishes,

Many thanks for all your comments.

This place is well worth a visit if you are ever near Kendal.
They are the oldest Topiary gardens in Europe - and the house is interesting as well.

Thanks again
Peter
