Ageing Beauty

by SmutjeUK

All beauty is ageing at some stage but you still can get an imagination of how beautiful it just once was. This Rose is a good example. There is still some beauty left but it is fading fast.
A new year an it will bloom again.
Enjoy what is left!

One thing to add. The light condition on this day where changing fast all day from bright sunshine to near darkness in the rain. This picture was taken just after a shower.
I wanted to make use of the natural light rather then using a flash hence the bit 'off colour' but it gives the image its unusual appeal in my eye.
Any comments and critiques are always welcome.
