My Beautiful Wife...again!

Photo Information
A slightly de-saturated and higher contrast version of a portrait I uploaded earlier this evening.

I'm not sure which one I like best and I'll probably get lots of differing opinions!

I feel this one lacks the warmth of the first one, which I thought was delightful.

Thanks Sally, I know I'll get lots of different opinions and they are all equally valid - we all 'see' things in different ways. The shot was taken in our caravan of all places and because it has a lot of light coloured wood and a soft warm tone to the ceiling covering it tends to warm up the light.

The second one above is closer to Nicky's actual skin tone, this is why I de-saturated it.

Best wishes
David

I've just compared the two and see the merits of both.

Comes down to choosing the version which does it for you - or her.

Which does she like?

One thing that covers them both IMHO:

Your title.

Thanks so much Mac, I think she prefers the first one and she will be delighted with your comments!

I like both versions David but I prefer this one. To me it looks more "natural". Lovely portrait.

I really like this more natural portrait but i understand why your wife would prefer the more warmer tones, she has lovely skin and it's a very nice portrait of a pretty lady.
Kind regards Maria
