It looks like someone just materialised it there. And the startling contrast with the beech tree (that clearly ought to be there) really sets it off.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

shore i have seen that befor is it in the grounds of chatsworth house by any chance

like the mist with the autum leafs
