They are aphids -- which are normally bright green -- how did you embarrass them?
Very hard to focus them at that magnification but this is pin sharp - nice job.

Have you tried focus-stacking? It's just the job for this sort of shot and the software you need is free
( CombineZP ). You can also get commercial jobs on 30 day full trial, like Heliconfocus.

Thank you! I used sigma 50mm f 2,8 macro for pentax and I pulled many shootings - not all succeed (manual focus). I found these aphids on a chrysanthemum leaf.
I just installed CombineZP, now I am trying to work with it. Thanks for adivce!
