Photo Information
Therear of the old rust tub the Dutchess, I dont know why it is left to rot away in the canal, It could be hauled up in to the work shops along the bank and Im sure with a lick of paint she would be as good as new !!!!

I think it has progressed beyond a 'lick of paint' but sad that it is just left to its own devices!

Ships are like people; some need life extension some need euthanasia - tough call here. Start a fund and I'll contribute a few bob. Some of your previous images indicate to me that you are a compassionate person. THANKS for that and your images. - Tony

Thank you so much Tony, I have some of the Birdwood , I wish someone would take time to repair and get this one up and running again. It would be a great little barge , seems such a shame to leave it to wrack and ruin

My dream? To live on a barge.....always have. But probably will not actually realise. I love my house you see. Can't do everything in one's lifetime, no matter how hard one tries. Buddhist thoughts are that simplicity rules. Good fortune trixie. Keep up the good work.
