Derbyshire Sunset Vista

by davidstorm

Another image from a recent day out in the Peak District. Looking out from Baslow Edge, toward the village of Baslow, with the street lights just visible in the distance. The sunset wasn't the most spectacular, but had a lovely glow as darkness fell.

The detailed foreground gives a super lead in to the remainder of the scene. A very nice image.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

I prefer this version: a wider foreground gives more room and depth to the whole compo. Not a thunderous sunset but a normal, balanced one. All very natural......
