The Tree Line
Photo Information
Not a typical view of the Lake District, i.e. no great vista, but I liked the way these trees lined up along the path.

This photo makes you just want to put your boots on and walk the track.

Another great image with a strong lead-in. Not sure how long you spent in the Lakes but I would be interested to know how many images you took in total and how many of those you regard as 'keepers'. So different from film where you had to be more selective when choosing to press the shutter.

Hi Nigel, I was there for 4 days and I would guess that about 75% of the images I would count as worthy of processing. The ones that aren't are where there was extremely difficult lighting which meant the dynamic range just couldn't be handled, or where it was raining so hard that I couldn't keep raindrops off the lens. I didn't take a huge number of shots, I guess around 150 in total, but I haven't counted them.
Regards
David
