I knew this was Sheffield as soon as I saw the thumbnail, it is indeed a very familiar sight! As Andrew has mentioned, I too have never seen a face in the balls, so you've done very well to spot this one. The contrast between the circular shapes and lines also work well with the straight edges of the paving stones in the background.
