Stoke Park

Photo Information
The Dower House, Stoke Park. One of my favourite places in Bristol. Heading towards sunset. Long exposure.

Originally built in 1553 by Sir Richard Berkeley, it was used as part of Stoke Park Hospital from 1909.

The house closed as a hospital in 1988, and was converted into rather nice apartments.

Oh, and they also built the M32 right through the middle of the grounds.

Lovely balance. Movement a joy too. What a superb lead in to draw eyes to the yellow blockings shape of buildings.
"The Latent Image that exists before development is a truly mystical and exciting entity and some subsequent individual photographs can make the spine tingle."

Classic use of long exposure to enhance an image, this is really well taken and I admire it a lot! It is not easy to get a result like this.
