Old English Apples.

These are grown at Clumber Park, near Nottingham, they have lots of rare apples growing. Lets hope one day we will see them in the shops.
I suggest you to spend a few days... in Italy...you'll eat tasteful apples, oranges...and so on
I know I've had some lovely food and wine there
Agree Trixie, i don't like the fluffy dry apples but i do like a good Granny Smith
I like those too. I.managed to buy spartan and russet today
I don't like wooly or fluffy apples
Best wishes
David
Interesting shot Trixie. I agree with you about apples in the shops. We have some old varieties growing in our garden, such as Ellison's Orange (best apple you've ever tasted), Tom Putt (cider apple) and Ashmead's Kernel (late apple with a russet skin that tastes a bit like a pear).
Best wishes
David
thank you so much David. I love apples too
