Frozen Dinosaur

Photo Information
Found this car covered with the first snow of this winter last winter. When processing the picture I thought it also needs one of these typical Ameriocan license plates. The dissapointing Copenhagen Summit was not to long ago and I still had in mind, how little Mr. "Yes we can" actually did to prevent global warming and that he e.g. still allows such car monsters in his country - so I made him a CO2-999g license plate (but the rest of the photo is real )

HDR from 5 shots taken with a K20D and the 18-250 mm, tripod and remote control

Very good and clever, Axel, as they are the greatest CO2 producers.

Interesting comment...I didn't understand why...but looking at number plate...I've understood. Good shot

Nice shot Axel, and good message. Slick PP work too. Was it very sunny? I was wondering why you chose to use HDR.

Hi Tim - no it was not sunny - it was one these grey mornings after first snow fall and it was rather misty and everything was kind of grey in grey. As I was too afraid that a person or a cat might have destroyed this perfect snow cover, I hurried back home to get my equipement and made the HDR to get some contrast and dynamic into the scenery
