Thanks all for the comments. Gabor, the lens was Pentax 16-45, I tend to use this alot. If I remember right, this was 3 exposures, focus stacked. Focus on foreground, second on mid distance and third on infinity, camera tripod mounted and exposure locked. then combined in PS.
