West India Dock at night

by George Lazarette

I was lucky enough to join a parade of old barges during last summer's Greenwich Tall Ships Festival, and we moored overnight in West India Dock. SMarsden's splendid picture of the dock by day reminded me of this. It was a beautifully calm night, but the day was very British - cold, grey, and windy - which didn't help me to take many memorable pictures.

Wonderfull shot! Wonder if it would been even better as an HDR?
