Sheffield Midland Railway station evening time.

An unusual shot for me, but had a day out to Manchester and returned quite late, I like the water running it looks like molten metal, but I guess thats the idea, used the night scene to try and capture some movement in the people passing by.

I really like the lead in on this, also the shadows on the pavement and the movement blur, I would have been proud to take a shot like this, great dynamics in there.

Interesting shot, I initially thought it was a train speeding through the station...molten metal indeed.
Great capture and composition.

A new kind of subject. I like your travelling towards different directions (of photography).

Can't quite make out what I'm looking at but the overall effect is excellent!

Hi guys, when you leave the railway station, there is a steel installation with water running down it all the time, I will post one of this in the day light, a few people thought it was a train I think that is the idea. It also represents Sheffields steel industry.Thank you everyone for your lovely comments. Cheers Trixie

The lead in and the fast movement on the left with the slow movement on the right, and the lighting is just great, it really is. The ISO set at 1600, on this shot is so sharp it’s an all round great shot well done.
