That to me is Llyn Dinas, just outside of Beddgelert.

"Legend states the lake to have been the site of a battle between Owein, one of Arthur's greatest warriors, and a giant. According to legend, Vortigern is said to have hidden the throne of Britain beneath a great stone by Llyn Dinas".

Lovey shot Stan, I think you'll find that this is Llyn Padarn, I uploaded a similar shot last month and another shot of the bridge I took the photo from.

At the other end of the lake is Llanberris, I hope this might be of some help to you.
