I like trains of every description. Through the summer months we get regular steam excursions coming through the station at York. Getting a good viewpoint is usually a bit of a battle but on this occasion I made it to the edge of the platform!

A beautiful sight,the last time I went to photograph a steam train at York
There was two pacers on the platform at the back in the same position as your photo

This loco is now in LMS red livery. Looking forward to getting a picture... it should be well worth the effort.
