VIctorian Laundry

Taken in the laundry house at Beningbrough Hall - apparently kept separate to the main house because of all the steam generated from washing & drying. I think it's a tad easier today...?!

You need no schooling from me but we do tend to take similar shots albeit at opposite ends of the country.

Nicely exposed

My wife still uses one of these; She wants a new washing machine but she must undrestand that Pentax lenses are expensive and I have piorities!!!

Now thats a mangle! I used to use a slightly smaller one in my art room for intaglio printing. Cheers, Gary
