Nice idea with this framed view- however - the building could be tilted a bit to the right and then I would also tilt the perspective horizontally a bit (turning the right side forward) - it would then - in my eyes - look a bit more harmonic.....

I think the building is worthy of a full view but it is fascinating to see the running water on either side.
