Nice sharp contrasty image.
I'm not sure about the drainpipe though...

Very nice done. Drainpipe may draws a bit of attention but it does not disturb me.

It's nice to be nice!

Gald you like this everyone. To be honest I didn't notice the pipe until my attention was drawn to it. I does divided the shot in two but I'm not bothered by it to be honest.
Yesterday I had a golden half hour in and around this church where there seemed so many things to photograph despite the poor, flat light.

I love the sharpness and contrast of this image.drainpipe doesn't bother me but I would be tempted to crop off the left hand beyond the bit that sticks out ( sorry dont know what its called) to me that holds my eye in the picture.

Good point Rusty (it's called a buttress). You must have guessed I was tring to use it as a left hand frame, but the drainpipe would serve as well.
