It's worth noting that if you do make a trip to Burnham to shoot this lighthouse, take a good look at the tide tables before you go. The tidal range here is in excess of 40 feet and most of the time the lighthouse is about 1/4 mile from the water! The tide also comes in, and goes out, very fast so allow yourself a good 1/2 hour either side of high water.
