Lake and Mountains

Another image from Ullswater, this one with the K-3 and Samsung D-Xenon 12-24 lens.

Edit: It's the DA 16-45 lens, not the 12-24. Sorry for the mis-information!

Another lovely image David. Looks a bit of a climb to get in position, probably too much for me

Hi Stan, this is a pretty mild climb by Lake District standards, the path between Patterdale and Silver Point is very navigable and not steep, although I deviated off it to take this shot and climbed up above a rocky outcrop to get some decent foreground detail.

What a view - makes me want to be there and reminds me I have not made it to the lakes since January - must correct that!

Good contrasting light shows how beautiful, and dramatic, the Lakes can be. Great capture.
