This is a delightful shot of a lovely girl. I like the eye contact, The B/W conversion was a good idea in my opinion.

A delightful portrait, but this lacks contrast. In fact, you've no idea just how good it is! I copied it into Photoshop and adjusted Levels: the result is startling.

It may be better to shoot in colour before converting in post production: you have mush more control that way.

Thank you all for the kind comments. As suggested by Andrew ( Many thanks for the help) I have adjusted the contrast and posted this and two others in the My Pictures forum.
