Thanks for your approving comments everyone. To answer your query Cliff, the lake is at Leigh Park Gardens (now part of Staunton Park) just north of Havant. It's a pleasant spot where I spend a lot of time with my camera but in this case the bit of magic comes from the sun through the early morning mist.
