Try adding a bit of 'film grain' & then fade away around the edges a bit to give it some age, and it will be a bloody good image!

I like the low contrast, it looks like a shot that was taken at the begining of the last century. The effects that was suggested by Larry would enhance this effect.

Perhaps you could compare it with and without contrast. Larry, Cliff and Gábor make good points. Quite an elegant building for a mill.
