I agree, the boat is rather bright, but I didn't actually do anything to the colour! I just highlighted it, inversed then desaturated the rest.
Just as well the boat isn't any bigger

Nice composition and conversion. I don't like the use of colour-pop in this case, I think that it doesn't add any plus to this great composition.
