Aircraft of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight

by prsjnb

Representative example from my first attempt to capture aircraft in flight. Taken at Fairford under indifferent conditions on July 18th using my K20D and Sigma 70-300mm APO DG zoom. With apologies to Mike-P and any other forum members who have already 'cracked' this particular photographic 'nut'

Don't forget to tag the Hurricanes too!

Well spotted, Paul. Tags updated to reflect the presence of both Spitfires and Hurricanes in the shot

I was looking on airliners.net this morning for more shots of the upper Spitfire coded FX-M but there were none with the invasion stripes like this one.
