Martin or Swallow

I took this in the west coast national park near Capetown, but I am not sure if its a swallow or a martin

Nice shot, I think it's a white-throated swallow.

Very well taken image.. Perfectly exposed...!! Im not a "Birder" so for that, I just think ive seen a million of these shots all exactly the same.. So im guessing the species of bird is the point of interest. Personally I'd crop an inch from the top. But it isnt my image... Well done..
