I really like the lighting in this shot, it almost seems to be shining from the centre of the flower itself.
Hope you don't mind my saying but could you perhaps have done something with the background in the lower right side? It's not as 'smooth' looking as the rest of the background, and it seems a bit distracting in an otherwise wonderful shot.
