Het Theater Aan Het Vrijthof

Photo Information
I better milk this series for all it's worth as I haven't taken anything else for the last couple of weeks!
I took this shot rather hurriedly as Shari was bleating that she wanted to go home - just like her mother! Now I realise that I should have spent more time on the composition.
If you ever pay a visit to Maastricht, and you should, don't fail to have your camera with you when you go to the Vrijthof - it could keep you occupied for hours! It's worth entering the theatre to see the exposed ancient walls in the basement area.

You wouldn't think this was a hurried shot, superb especially when enlarged.

This is a nice night capture that looks even better in large. The HDR would work well in this case.
