K-r - AF severe problem

I see what you mean, have you tried entering the menu and adjusting the AF. With the K-r you can only apply to all lenses whereas the K-7 and K-5 remember the settings for up to 20 different lenses. You'll have to remember to turn it off when you change lenses.
