Waiting for the Tide

Taken on the mudflats along the coast from Blakeney Marina at Brancaster. Used Topaz adjust to exaggerate the patterns in the mud.

I like it, although possibly slightly overcooked. Even looking at the thumbnail I thought "that must be HDR, lets have a closer look".

If I remember correctly Tim this not a true HDR it is a single frame processed in Topaz Adjust

I like the composition, but the tonal range does not look quite right.
Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!

Nice image.

I have bought Topaz Adjust as well, I think the key is not to use the full effect but just tone it down a bit so it doesn't look post-processed.
