Eternal Love

Photo Information
There is a railroad bridge in Cologen, which can also be used by pedestrians. One day, couples started to fix such padlocks to the bridge railing to set a signal of there eternal love - this was repeated agan and again and nicely the city did not start to remove them. You now find hundredthousands of such lockers and it also became a typical photo motive from this city.

So, that's what I saw from the train on my way to and from Photokina last year. Perhaps I should walk across the bridge from the hbf next time.
Very effective.

It's a nice and really colourful shot. I like its simplicity and details.

Absolutely lovely. Would be a great idea for an alternative sort of Valentines card.

Very nice Axel. I love the idea too. In the UK the government would no doubt remove them all for some spurious health and safety reason.
