80072 at Townsend Fold

by sportyman531

Standard class 4 2-6-4T 80072 at Townsend Fold, East Lancashire Railway with a train for Rawtenstall. I was stood on the wrong side of the line for the sun but using a long telephoto to zoom in so that I got the loco head on with sun on the train behind. I carefully composed the shot to get all the railway apparatus in the shot too.
The larger the image appears the better it looks.

Didn't that work nicely?

Nice one sportyman. You are quite right, the larger image looks better.

I do like these large, handsome tank-engines. Well done.
Best wishes,

Andrew
