This has potential IMO - you could consider portrait instead of landscape, with a focus on the nuts and the vendor. That way, you could exclude the lights from teh frame too, yet still retain that authenticity.

Thank you for the appreciated comment, i-Berg! However, my intention was to depict the oddity of the little shabby shop as well as the sympathetic vendor and I thought that the supports on both sides gave the opportunity to use its own features to frame it as a natural organic arch. I was aware of the lights and their halo which could be eliminated by photoshop which I don't use and I prefered to add them into the picture for the sake of addity.
