Personally, I find I like the 8-blade aperture lens renderings and this SMC-A 70-210 f/4 certainly does not disappoint! Being manual focus really slows me down as well

Both black and white and colour work. I can live with 'frames'. It's the photograph that's all important and this has fantastic qualities that work so well. All important atmosphere of the ethereal/misty backdrop and it's veinous qualities are a joy. The two trees in the foreground are both the natural frame and play the part of 'onlookers'. Great stuff.
