Spent an evening experimenting with settings and exposures and ended with several photos of which this one is the best. Set my K-x to manual mode, using bulb shutter and adjusting f stops.

I think it is the most wonderful way to learn about your camera.
It is a cool photo, and I always think ...."how fun it would be to find a photo like this"...say 100 years from now!

Keep on trying everything and anything your camera can...and will do!

I think the idea is great but having got it to work perhaps you should have picked another setting and posted a definitive version rather than the experiment. Purely personal view of course.
