We All Stand Together

Photo Information
Taken in Truro,Cornwall this month. This shows the UNISON members arriving at their camp after parading the streets of Truro. I was on holiday at the time and new nothing about it until I heard the drum beating and the shouting voices.I managed only a few shots before leaving for our coach-trip and thought this was the best.

I'm an RCN man myself Lovely study of the gentle way a demonstration/meeting should be performed. It shows us nurses in a positive light so thankyou for this. Street photographs of types of demonstrations, whatever the group involved, show heavy anger which seems to be the norm to capture anger, negativity, dramatic effect and force [just Googleimage 'street demonstrations' and see what happens]. You have captured the more real force of what happens with this portrayal of spirit and harmony that happens in many demonstrations. So this other positive side is a welcome change.

It appears that care-givers just have to have fun. My wifes' a former nurse and although she didn't have to join a pickett line - if she did she would be the one providing the ballons.
Fun image too --- tg
