Superb atmosphere, the wet rocks reflecting the sky are lovely. I would suggest cropping a bit from bottom or top so that the horizon is more or less on the upper or lower third. There's such interest in the sky and the foreground that either way would work equally well!

Top quality image, some folk do a lot of searching to get something like this

(Dust spot centre top though?)
