Derwent Winter

by davidstorm

It has rained all day today in the Lakes, so I've tried to make the most of the conditions. This one is almost 3 minutes exposure with a Haida 10 Stop Filter.

Inspite of the conditions, there is still that magical light and you have caught it over the far hills. Lovely shot and composition. B&W suits it well

Well done for challenging the elements and making them work for you, David. I know I wouldn't have ventured out at all in such conditions.
Best wishes,

Andrew

I find pictures like this relaxing. It makes me think of sitting on the bank and having time just bypass me.
